{"id":180217,"date":"2026-03-09T13:53:37","date_gmt":"2026-03-09T11:53:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/blog\/2026\/03\/09\/tnmu-otrymav-24-miljony-gryven-dlya-rozvytku-nauky\/"},"modified":"2026-03-10T20:42:08","modified_gmt":"2026-03-10T18:42:08","slug":"tnmu-otrymav-24-miljony-gryven-dlya-rozvytku-nauky","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/en\/blog\/2026\/03\/09\/tnmu-otrymav-24-miljony-gryven-dlya-rozvytku-nauky\/","title":{"rendered":"TNMU Receives 24 Million UAH for Scientific Development"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The <strong>Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine<\/strong> approved a resolution on the <strong>\u201cProcedure for Allocating Funds to Finance the Core Activities of State Research Institutions, as well as Research and Scientific-Technical (Experimental) Developments of Higher Education Institutions Based on the Results of State Accreditation.\u201d<\/strong> The document details the mechanism for distributing additional funds based on accreditation results and introduces a differentiated approach to funding research institutions and universities depending on their performance, specifying that funding begins on <strong>January 1, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">To implement the government\u2019s decision, the <strong>Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine<\/strong> approved the allocation of funds to support scientific and scientific-technical activities of higher education institutions and research institutions that received <strong>Category A and B certificates<\/strong> based on state accreditation results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The <strong>Ternopil National Medical University<\/strong> received a <strong>Category \u201cA\u201d certificate<\/strong> in the biomedical profile, making TNMU the only higher education institution in Ternopil to achieve the highest category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Our university received <strong>basic funding totaling 23,722,600 UAH<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Almost <strong>65% of the funding (15,338,300 UAH)<\/strong> is allocated for <strong>salary bonuses<\/strong> for research and academic staff of various departments. Bonuses will be applied starting <strong>January 1, 2026<\/strong>. According to their contribution to TNMU\u2019s scientific potential, the highest monthly bonuses will be awarded to faculty from the Departments of <strong>Medical Informatics (3,300 UAH)<\/strong>, <strong>Pediatrics with Pediatric Surgery<\/strong>, <strong>Pediatrics No. 2<\/strong>, <strong>Pharmacognosy with Medical Botany<\/strong>, and <strong>Pharmaceutical Chemistry (2,450 UAH)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><strong>20.7% of the funds (4,898,500 UAH)<\/strong> will be used for <strong>developing research infrastructure<\/strong>.
