The Representative of the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights in Ternopil Oblast, Oleksandr Krynytskyi, during a March 18, 2026, meeting with the Rector of Ternopil National Medical University, Professor Petro Lykhatskyi, proposed ongoing cooperation to inform TNMU students about their rights and responsibilities. The discussion was also attended by the Vice-Rector for Science and Education, Professor Arkadiy Shulhai, and the Dean of the Faculty for Foreign Students, Professor Mariia Marushchak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main goal of the Ombudsman\u2019s Representative in our region is to ensure the strict observance of human rights in the area and to provide legal assistance, consultations, protection, and restoration of violated rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
