Her main goal was to help students learn English and share her professional experience. From delivering babies to holding people\u2019s hands as they passed away. She shared both positive experiences\u2014such as successful out-of-hospital births\u2014and tragic cases that left a lasting impression on her life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image size-large eplus-wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"613\" height=\"460\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/20260319_151853-613x460.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-181176\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/20260319_151853-613x460.jpg 613w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/20260319_151853-180x135.jpg 180w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/20260319_151853-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/20260319_151853-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/20260319_151853-2048x1536.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 613px) 100vw, 613px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Participants discussed important topics relevant to future paramedics:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\" wp-block-list eplus-wrapper eplus-styles-uid-e1bad3\">\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">how to follow protocols in critical situations while maintaining humanity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">how to overcome fear during the first emergency calls;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">how to act in situations not covered in textbooks or simulations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">how to cope with failure and where to seek support in difficult moments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">the importance of patient trust and confidentiality;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">teamwork and honesty with oneself as key factors in professional development and stress management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image size-large eplus-wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"344\" height=\"460\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/20260319_150355-344x460.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-181177\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/20260319_150355-344x460.jpg 344w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/20260319_150355-101x135.jpg 101w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/20260319_150355-768x1027.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/20260319_150355-1149x1536.jpg 1149w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/20260319_150355-1532x2048.jpg 1532w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/20260319_150355.jpg 1915w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 344px) 100vw, 344px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Sydney spoke in English, which provided excellent language practice for the students. To ensure better interaction and understanding, interpretation into Ukrainian was provided by student Anna Yehorova (group Pbv-232).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Future paramedics warmly reflected on the meeting. \u201cIt was interesting to hear real-life stories and understand what we may face in the future as paramedics.
