It symbolizes the continuous development of science, generational continuity, and the preservation of academic memory. For three decades, the Congress has remained a platform for exchanging ideas, establishing new scientific connections, and inspiring young researchers to achieve further accomplishments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image size-large eplus-wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"690\" height=\"460\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/med_1903-690x460.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-182637\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/med_1903-690x460.jpg 690w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/med_1903-202x135.jpg 202w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/med_1903-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/med_1903.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 690px) 100vw, 690px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">This year, the Congress was held from March 31 to April 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The organizing committee received 504 abstracts for publication, and 375 oral presentations were delivered during the Congress. It is especially noteworthy that 80 research papers were submitted by representatives of 22 higher and professional pre-higher education institutions from across Ukraine, including Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kamianets, Kropyvnytskyi, Lutsk, Lviv, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Uzhhorod, Khmelnytskyi, and Chernivtsi. Additionally, 8 papers were presented by participants from Bia\u0142ystok (Poland) and South Florida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Over the course of three days of sectional meetings, held in the administrative and morphological buildings of the university, students and young scientists had the opportunity to present the results of their research to a wide audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">On March 31, the following sections were held:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\" wp-block-list eplus-wrapper eplus-styles-uid-3c03c2\">\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Medical Biology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Microbiology and Virology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Pharmacology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Clinical Nursing. Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Dentistry. Otorhinolaryngology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Experimental Medicine No. 3 (Pathophysiology)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">On April 1, the following sections took place:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\" wp-block-list eplus-wrapper eplus-styles-uid-406e73\">\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Obstetrics and Gynecology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Social Sciences and Humanities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Medical Informatics, Artificial Intelligence in Medicine, Biophysics, Student Self-Government and Soft Skills Development, Academic Integrity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Psychiatry. Clinical Psychology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Pharmacy. General and Inorganic Chemistry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Neurology, Neurosurgery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Pediatrics. Clinical Cases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Morphology in Normal Conditions and Experiment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Preventive and Social Medicine. Healthcare Organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Experimental Medicine No. 2 (Physiology)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Surgery, Minimally Invasive Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, Orthopedics, Traumatology, Emergency Medicine, Anesthesiology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Internal Medicine No. 2 (Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, Immunology, Allergology)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">On April 2, the following sections were conducted:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\" wp-block-list eplus-wrapper eplus-styles-uid-9d21c0\">\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Experimental Medicine No. 1 (Biological and Bioorganic Chemistry, Molecular Biology with Medical Genetics)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Infectious Diseases, Dermatology and Venereology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Internal Medicine No. 1 (Cardiology, Rheumatology, Hematology, Oncology, Radiation Medicine)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Pathomorphology. Forensic Medicine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Pediatrics. Clinical Cases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">At the conclusion of the sectional meetings, the curators noted the strong academic interest and significant scientific potential of the young generation of medical professionals. Based on the discussions, the best presentations in each section were selected. As a result, 93 presentations were awarded first-degree diplomas, 128 received second-degree diplomas, and 102 were awarded third-degree diplomas. The awards were presented by Professor Ivan Klishch during the official closing ceremony of the Congress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image size-large eplus-wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"690\" height=\"460\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/med_2842-690x460.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-182639\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/med_2842-690x460.jpg 690w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/med_2842-202x135.jpg 202w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/med_2842-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/med_2842.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 690px) 100vw, 690px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">During the closing ceremony, a presentation by second-year medical student Olena Dudkevych was also delivered on the topic: \u201cStudy of the Antifibrotic Effectiveness of Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells in an Animal Model of Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome.\u201d This work received a first-degree diploma at the first stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Research Competition in the 2025\/2026 academic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">On April 3, a special event took place. For the first time, the Congress program was expanded to include practical activities (workshops) held at the university and leading clinics of the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The following workshops were conducted:<\/p>\n\n\n<ol class=\" wp-block-list eplus-wrapper eplus-styles-uid-cde072\">\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><strong>\u201cDoctor as a Profession and as a Business: The Rules Not Taught at University\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 Natalia Huda, founder of the \u201cMonet\u201d clinic, physician of the highest category, Candidate of Medical Sciences; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><strong>\u201cFundamentals of Reproductology\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 Professor Stefan Khmil, founder and CEO of the network of medical centers \u201cProfessor Stefan Khmil Clinic,\u201d Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology No. 1; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><strong>\u201cSkin Neoplasms: Early Diagnosis, Clinical Thinking, and the Role of the Physician in Saving Lives\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 Professor Svitlana Halnykina, founder of the \u201cArt Clinique\u201d dermatology and cosmetology clinic, dermatovenereologist, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Infectious Diseases with Epidemiology, Skin and Venereal Diseases;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"> <strong>\u201cHow to Become a Professional and Earn the Respect of Colleagues\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 Professor Yurii Andreychyn, otorhinolaryngologist of the highest qualification category at the \u201cLORIMED\u201d Medical Center, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Ophthalmology; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><strong>\u201cMechanisms of Neocollagenesis in Aesthetic Medicine\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 Larysa Tupol, founder of the \u201cDaimonT\u201d cosmetology center, Associate Professor of the Department of Histology and Embryology, Candidate of Medical Sciences;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"> <strong>\u201cBasic Surgical Skills\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 Nadiia Hrynkiv, proctologist, surgeon, Associate Professor of the Department of General Surgery, Candidate of Medical Sciences; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><strong>\u201cTechnical Aspects of Minimally Invasive Interventions\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 Oleh Yasinovskyi, Associate Professor of the Department of Operative Surgery and Clinical Anatomy, Candidate of Medical Sciences, and Myroslav Kritsak, Associate Professor of the Department of Surgery of Postgraduate Education, Candidate of Medical Sciences; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><strong>\u201cCurrent State of Prosthetics and Physical Therapy for Patients with Limb Amputations\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 Yurii Zavidniuk, Medical Director of GARTA, academic program guarantor in Physical Therapy, Associate Professor of the Department of Medical Rehabilitation, Candidate of Medical Sciences;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"> <strong>\u201cDoctor of the New Generation: Clinic, Patient, and Personal Brand.
