The initiative combines technological expertise with the practical experience of emergency medicine specialists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The project involves creating a tool that enables emergency dispatchers to guide bystanders in real time using clear action algorithms. The Rector of TNMU, Professor Petro Lykhatskyi, and representatives of Keenethics signed a memorandum of cooperation, confirming both parties\u2019 intention to collaborate on the project.
