This initiative will help increase the visibility of Ukrainian science for government institutions, international partners, and businesses, while also enhancing the prestige of scientific work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the system, state scholarships will be introduced for the most productive researchers and academic staff. These scholarships will be awarded based on an objective assessment of research performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Ukrainian science competes for talent within the global research community, and the development of a strong researcher requires many years of education, practical experience, and professional growth. The ranking system will take into account verified publications, citations, patents, and research grants.
