On August 31, 2025, the Medical Faculty of I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University solemnly welcomed new students of the specialties \u201cTherapy and Rehabilitation,\u201d \u201cClinical Psychology,\u201d \u201cNutrition,\u201d \u201cBiology,\u201d and \u201cApplied Linguistics.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ceremony began with a minute of silence to honor the memory of the heroes who gave their lives for Ukraine\u2019s independence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each of these specialties responds to contemporary challenges and requires a high level of dedication. Physical rehabilitation and clinical psychology are critically important today for restoring the physical and mental health of Ukrainians. Nutrition promotes a culture of health and disease prevention, biology provides a fundamental scientific foundation, while applied linguistics facilitates high-quality international communication, the use of medical terminology, and translation in the field of healthcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Svitlana Kucher, Dean of the Medical Faculty, addressed the students with words of welcome and sincere wishes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYou have chosen fields that are at the forefront of modern science and human care. May your years of study at TNMU be a time of discovery, and may the knowledge you acquire help you build a healthy and strong future for our country.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The solemn TNMU Student Oath was administered by Ihor Drach, Associate Professor and Deputy Dean of the Medical Faculty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
