<\/p>\n\n\n\n As part of the project, the TNMU team will conduct a series of narrative interviews with healthcare professionals in Ternopil who provide care to paediatric patients. The narrative analysis of the interviews will be carried out by an international team of co-researchers from Ukraine, Canada, the United States, Greece, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Ireland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As a Clinical Psychology master\u2019s student and future clinical psychologist, Yuliia Venher will participate in providing psychological support to the study participants. Her responsibilities will include preparing and conducting motivational sessions aimed at supporting healthcare professionals\u2019 psychological readiness to participate in the study, creating a safe and trusting communication environment during interactions with participants, and promoting their emotional well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Participation in the international research team provides Yuliia Venher with an opportunity to combine her professional training with practical research experience, deepen her competencies in clinical psychology and narrative research, and contribute to building an evidence base on the experiences of healthcare professionals who provide care to children in armed-conflict settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Students pursuing a degree in Psychology are also actively involved in research activities, gaining valuable experience through participation in international research projects.
