On 7 October 2026, a meeting of the one-time Specialised Academic Council PhD 17007 was held in the meeting room of the Specialised Academic Councils at I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University. The meeting was convened for the defence of Volodymyr Raikevych\u2019s dissertation entitled \u201cExperimental Rationale for the Use of PRP Therapy in the Treatment of Trophic Ulcers\u201d<\/em>, submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the field of Health Care, specialty Medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
