From 24 to 27 September 2026, the TNMU Simulation Training Centre hosted a course entitled <em>\u201cInterhospital Transport of Critically Ill Patients\u201d<\/em>, organised in cooperation with the Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Centre for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the charitable organisation Artesans-ResQ Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">The training brought together 24 participants, including 20 emergency medical services professionals, three third-year paramedic students, and a medical intern specialising in emergency medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image size-large eplus-wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"345\" height=\"460\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/photo_2026-09-27_20-55-28-345x460.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-193008\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/photo_2026-09-27_20-55-28-345x460.jpg 345w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/photo_2026-09-27_20-55-28-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/photo_2026-09-27_20-55-28-101x135.jpg 101w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/photo_2026-09-27_20-55-28.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 345px) 100vw, 345px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">The main objective of the course was to strengthen health care professionals\u2019 ability to assess patients\u2019 conditions, stabilise them, and minimise risks during transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image size-large eplus-wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"345\" height=\"460\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/photo_2026-09-27_20-55-30-345x460.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-193009\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/photo_2026-09-27_20-55-30-345x460.jpg 345w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/photo_2026-09-27_20-55-30-101x135.jpg 101w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/photo_2026-09-27_20-55-30-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/photo_2026-09-27_20-55-30.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 345px) 100vw, 345px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">The training was delivered by leading experts in Critical Care Transport (CCT) from Ukraine and abroad. The instructors from Artesans-ResQ Ukraine had contributed to the development of Ukraine\u2019s first national CCT protocols. For the country\u2019s health care system, this represents an important step towards unified standards and improved patient safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image size-large eplus-wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"613\" height=\"460\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/photo_2026-10-01_16-18-39-613x460.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-193058\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/photo_2026-10-01_16-18-39-613x460.jpg 613w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/photo_2026-10-01_16-18-39-180x135.jpg 180w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/photo_2026-10-01_16-18-39-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/photo_2026-10-01_16-18-39.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 613px) 100vw, 613px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Participants shared their impressions of the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe amount of new and interesting information was incredible, and the instructors were simply outstanding. After the first day, I came home thinking, \u2018How am I going to take all this in?\u2019 But thanks to the team of professionals and the well-designed training format, that feeling turned into an enormous desire to keep learning. Once again, I was convinced that I am on the right path,\u201d shared Nazar\u0456i Krulyk, a medical intern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image size-large eplus-wrapper\"><img wp-block-paragraph\">Simulation training is, above all, a safe environment where health care professionals can practise complex procedures until they become second nature, make mistakes, and review them with mentors before facing a real patient in a specialised emergency medical transport vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">We thank all participants for their
