On the 22nd of October at Ternopil school № 3 an informative lecture for pupils of the 7th grade was held by students of the International Students Faculty- Andriana Malynovych (IM-526) and Kaushik Kumar (IM-526) under the leadership of the associate professor of internal medicine department № 2 Roksolana Bodnar. The topic of the session was the essential connection between a “Healthy Body and Healthy Mind,” a crucial aspect for pupils overall well-being.

The students explained in detail the importance of maintaining physical and mental health, focusing on the impact of regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and mental health practices on academic performance and general happiness. They emphasized the dangers of neglecting one’s health, such as increased stress, lack of focus, and the risk of burnout.

The presenters also provided practical tips for students to integrate healthy habits into their daily routines, such as taking regular breaks from study, practicing mindfulness, and engaging in physical activity to promote both physical stamina and mental clarity.
