To get X-Ray, you must bring your student ID card or residence card.<\/strong><\/p>\n Steps to follow in order\u00a0to get X-Ray:<\/p>\n – Come to Polyclinic No2 from 3 to 4 pm on weekdays according to schedule provided by Dean\u2019s Office;<\/p>\n – Go to Accounts Office (Polyclinic, 1st floor, right side), show your student ID card or residence card, pay 13 UAH and get a receipt;<\/p>\n – Take the receipt back to the Registry (window 1 or 2) and get an X-Ray pass;<\/p>\n – Take the pass to room 6 or 8 on the 1st floor of the Polyclinic for X-Ray.<\/p>\n – On the following day, get doctor\u2019s conclusion after 3 pm in room 6.<\/p>\n – Come to Dean’s Office with the conclusion and show it to your inspector.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n P.S. Accounts Office takes payments until 4 pm only, X-Ray room is open until 5 pm.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n NOTA BENE!
