XIV. Peculiarities of foreigners and stateless persons admission
\n14.1. Admission for study of foreigners and stateless persons to TNMU is carried
\nout in accordance with the Laws of Ukraine "About Higher Education", "About the Legal
\nStatus of Foreigners and Stateless Persons", "About Foreign Ukrainians", "About
\nRefugees and Persons in Need of Additional or Temporary Protection", Decree of the
\nPresident of Ukraine from June 3, 1994 \u2116 271 "About measures for the development of
\neconomic cooperation of of Ukrainian regions with adjacent regions of the Republic of
\nBelarus and administrative-territorial units of the Republic of Moldova", Resolution of the
\nCabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from September 11, 2013 \u2116 684 "Some issues of
\norganization of recruitment and training (internship) of foreigners and stateless persons",
\nby the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine from November 1, 2013
\n\u2116 1541 "Some issues of organization of recruitment and training (internship) of
\nforeigners and stateless persons", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine from
\nNovember 25, 2013 for No.: 2004\/24536.
\nThe beginning of accepting applications and documents for obtaining a certain
\ndegree of higher education in the spring academic semester 2020\/2021 is January 2, 2021.
\nCompletion of the acceptance of applications and documents, the issuance of an order for
\nenrollment for studies is carried out in accordance with the terms specified in paragraph 3
\nof this section is April 15. The entrance exams, the announcement of admission orders,
\ninforming applicants about the results, proceeds from January 2, 2021 to April 15, 2021.
\nThe beginning of applications and documents acceptance for obtaining a certain
\ndegree of higher education is July 1. Completion of acceptance of applications and
\ndocuments is carried out in accordance with the deadlines specified in paragraph 3 of this
\nsection is November 1. Entrance exams are conducted in written (test) form in accordance
\nwith the approved programs and assessment criteria. Conducting entrance exams,
\nannouncing orders for enrollment with informing entrants about the results takes place in
\nthe period from July 1, 2021 to November 1, 2021.
\n14.2. Foreigners and stateless persons (hereinafter – foreigners) may obtain coverage
\nat the expense of individuals and \/ or legal entities, unless otherwise provided by
\ninternational treaties of Ukraine, consent to the binding nature of those who provide the
\nVerkhovna Rada of Ukraine, legislation or agreements between higher education
\ninstitutions. education on international academic mobility.
\nAdmission of foreigners to TNMU for study at the expense of the state budget is
\ncarried out within the quotas for foreigners (except for foreigners and stateless persons,
\nincluding foreign Ukrainians permanently residing in Ukraine, persons recognized as
\nrefugees and persons in need of additional protection ).
\nAdmission to study of foreign citizens and stateless persons is carried out on
\naccredited educational programs.
\n14.3. Enrollment of entrants from among foreigners to study at the expense of
\nindividuals and \/ or legal entities may be carried out by TNMU:<\/p>\n
1) twice a year, before and at the beginning of academic semesters (until November
\n1, 2021 and until March 1, 2022), for obtaining bachelor's and master's degrees; in the
\nspring semester of the 2020\/2021 academic year, enrollment can be carried out until April
\n15, 2021.
\n2) during the year for postgraduate, postgraduate and doctoral studies.
\nTNMU calculates the points \/ grades of the entrant on the basis of the document on
\nthe previous level of education and sets the minimum required for admission value of the
\nnumber of points \/ grades in general subjects for which the entrance test is conducted, at
\nthe level of requirements for domestic students. The procedure for calculating the
\ncompetitive score is carried out in accordance with the requirements of Section VII of
\nthese Rules.
\nEnrollment of foreigners in the appropriate level of higher education on the basis of
\ncomplete general secondary education is based on the results of entrance exams in
\nbiology, chemistry and language of instruction (Ukrainian, English, Russian); on the basis
\nof the obtained degree (OQR) – from disciplines made by domestic students without
\nsubmission of certificates of external examination and without drawing up of EVI – by
\nresults of professional entrance examinations and entrance examination on language of
\ninstruction; and on the basis of academic rights to continuing education, provided by the
\ndocument on the level of education in the country of origin, and taking into account the
\ngrades that give the right to continue education at the next level of higher education in
\naccordance with the legislation of the country ) education, in particular:
\n– Palestine: the average score of the document on complete general secondary
\neducation must be at least 80% or may be lower if you study at the preparatory department
\nof TNMU.
\n– Republic of Lebanon: Lebanese entrants may apply for admission if they have been
\ntrained in the general sciences, general sciences, natural sciences, sociology and
\neconomics. The passing score of the certificate must be at least 50% of the maximum
\npossible (at least 280 points).
\n– Arab Republic of Egypt: the minimum passing score of the PHC document should
\nbe 98% for medicine (402 out of 410 points), 97.8% for dentistry (401 or more points),
\n96.82% (397 points) for pharmacy, 93, 04% (381.5 points) for nursing.
\n– The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan: the minimum passing score of the PHC
\ndocument should be 80% for medicine, 80% for dentistry, 73% for pharmacy.
\n– Republic of India: entrants must present a NEET certificate, in its absence – a
\ncertificate of conformity Eligibility Certificate.
\n– Republic of Ghana: The minimum number of certificate subjects to be considered
\nfor admission is 6, of which 3 are required with a grade of at least D7.
\n– Federal Republic of Nigeria: the certificate must have at least 5 subjects with a
\ngrade not lower than "C", including English and mathematics.
\n– Republic of Zambia: the certificate must have at least 5 subjects with a grade of not
\nless than "6".
\n– Republic of Kenya: the minimum grade in the high school diploma must be at least
\n"C".
\n– Republic of Sudan: the minimum grade in the certificate of secondary education
\nmust be at least 50 in Arabic, English, mathematics, Islam.<\/p>\n
14.4. All categories of foreigners entering education are enrolled in TNMU on the
\nbasis of enrollment orders. Confirmation of the fact of training can be a certificate
\ngenerated in EDEBO.
\n14.5. TNMU requirements for compliance of entrants from among foreigners who
\ncame to Ukraine to study at the appropriate levels of higher education are based on the
\nconcepts of levels of secondary education and the degree of higher education of the laws
\nof Ukraine "On Education" and "On Higher Education", respectively, and the Terms
\nreception, section II. Documents on the education of foreign citizens undergo the
\nprocedure of recognition of foreign documents on education in the State Enterprise
\n"Information and Image Center".
\nEntrants from among foreign citizens submit to TNMU: a) a standard questionnaire;
\nb) certificate of completion of the preparatory faculty (department) for foreign citizens
\nwith a recommendation for admission in the specialty "Medicine", "Dentistry",
\n"Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy", "Nursing" (if trained); c) a copy of the document on
\neducation and grades (points) obtained from academic disciplines; d) a document
\nconfirming the absence of HIV infection; e) medical certificate of health, certified by the
\nofficial health authority of the country from which the foreigner came and issued not later
\nthan two months before entering the study in Ukraine; f) insurance policy for emergency
\nmedical care; g) a copy of the birth certificate; g) 6 photographs measuring 40 x 60 mm;
\nh) a return ticket with an open return date for up to one year.
\nThe documents specified in sub-clauses \u201cc\u201d, \u201cd\u201d, \u201ce\u201d, \u201ce\u201d must be certified in
\naccordance with the legislation of the country of their issuance, legalized and nostrified in
\nthe prescribed manner, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine.
\n14.6. Foreigners who are provided with state scholarships under international
\ntreaties, national programs, and other international obligations of Ukraine are admitted to
\nstudy within the established quotas for foreigners on the basis of directions from the
\nMinistry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
\n14.7. Foreigners arriving to Ukraine in order to participate in academic mobility
\nprograms or to obtain higher education according to educational programs agreed between
\nTNMU and foreign higher educational institutions are admitted to study, taking into
\naccount the contractual obligations of the relevant higher educational institutions.
\n14.8. Foreign Ukrainians who are legally in Ukraine and whose status is certified by
\na certificate of a foreign Ukrainian, while joining TNMU have the same rights for
\neducation as citizens of Ukraine, except as provided by the Constitution of Ukraine, laws
\nof Ukraine or international agreements, the consent for which is given by Verkhovna Rada
\nof Ukraine.
\nForeign Ukrainians, whose status is certified by a certificate of a foreign Ukrainian
\n(except for persons permanently residing in Ukraine), can be enrolled in state-ordered
\neducation within the established quotas for foreigners by interview in subjects provided by
\nthe Rules of Admission.
\n14.9. Foreigners and stateless persons, including foreign Ukrainians who are
\npermanently residing in Ukraine, persons recognized as refugees, and persons in need of
\nadditional protection have the right to receive higher education on equal terms with
