In the case of payment after January 6 (January 14 for the 5th-6th year students only), one can attend classes only with the written permission.<\/p>\n<p>Payment may be deferred if an original confirmatory document (certificate from hospital, bank, letter from community leader or from embassy) is available. In this case, one should make a preliminary payment (at least USD 700) and apply with the receipt and corresponding supporting document to the Dean\u2019s Office (Dean or Vice-Dean) no later than January 11 (January 14 for the 5th-6th year students).<\/p>\n<p>A student is the only person responsible for payment of the tuition fees which must be transferred directly to the university bank account.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tuition fees must be paid until January 14 (February 1 for the 5th-6th year students only) according to the agreement.
