On October 5, 2023, a meeting was held between the Dean of the Faculty of International Students Mariya Maruschak, Vice Deans Oksana Lebid, Oleksandr Tokarskyy, Mykhaylo Furdela, the Head of the Practice Department Maksym Herasymyuk and the Mentor of the meeting Olena Pokryshko with representatives of the international sector of the Student Parliament.<\/p>\n

Students prepared a number of questions that concern them, which were jointly discussed.<\/p>\n

International students were interested in the opportunity to practice practical skills during online education during the war period, letters of support for crossing the border in order to return to education in an offline format, preparation for an objective structured clinical exam and Krok exam, information about international certified courses, scientific conferences. Representatives of the Dean’s office of International students discussed all the questions in detail and provided comprehensive answers.<\/p>\n

In connection with the winter medical practice (internship), the Head of the Practice Department, Maksym Herasymyuk, told the students in detail about the dates of the internship and how it will be organized, as well as introduced the teachers of the internship.<\/p>\n

The students liked this format of the meeting with direct questions and answers from the Dean’s office of the Faculty of International Students, so it was decided to hold such meetings of the student activists with the Dean, representatives of the Dean’s office, and Heads of structural divisions on a regular basis, such as every month.<\/p>\n
