{"id":2774,"date":"2023-02-13T13:35:42","date_gmt":"2023-02-13T13:35:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/science.tdmu.edu.ua\/?p=2774"},"modified":"2023-02-13T13:35:42","modified_gmt":"2023-02-13T13:35:42","slug":"nominate-to-the-bup-phd-award-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/science\/en\/nominate-to-the-bup-phd-award-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Nominate to the BUP PhD Award 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The Baltic University Programme PhD Award supports high-quality research promoting sustainable development in a Baltic Sea Region context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">This award is a distinction given to the author of what is judged to be the most qualified PhD work defended at any of the BUP participating universities according to the following criteria: originality, inter-\/multi disciplinary approach, novelty, innovation, and value for promoting sustainable development in a Baltic Sea Region context. Any author affiliated with a BUP participating university that has defended their PhD thesis during 2022 can be nominated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The award is established in two research areas, one award for each:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Natural Sciences, Technology and Engineering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Social Sciences and Humanities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The winners will receive a prize in the form of a diploma and support up to a maximum of 1000\u20ac for either attending a scientific conference or publishing in a peer-review scientific journal. For the BUP PhD Award 2023 we accept thesis defended in 2022 which are nominated by the supervisor\/s of the thesis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><a href=\"https:\/\/doit.medfarm.uu.se\/bin\/kurt3\/kurt\/86698\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Submit a nomination for the BUP PhD Award 2023.<\/a><br><br>Nomination deadline is&nbsp;<em>21 May 2023<\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Baltic University Programme PhD Award supports high-quality research promoting sustainable development in a Baltic Sea Region context.
