We invite Ukrainian students and young researchers who are interested in development of the skills of international cooperation in the field of innovations and startups, to take part in another 4-day boot camp \u201cInternational Cooperation in Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Development\u201d. Program of the bootcamp includes lectures, workshops, discussions, exchange of experience, which will help to progress from a beginner to a professional in creating startups.
In addition, bootcamp participants will be given a unique opportunity to join the 12th international festival of innovative projects \u201cSikorsky Challenge 2023\u201d, which will be held in October 2023 at I. Sikorsy KPI.
Bootcamp participants:
\u2713 will take part in discussion panels of the RESCUU project;
\u2713 will attend trainings on preparation of presentation materials for their own projects;
\u2713 will be able to post project presentation materials on Sikorsky Challenge online platform for exposure to the international community and evaluation by members of the international jury of the 12th Competition of innovative startup projects \u201cSikorsky Challenge\u201d 2023;
\u2713 will have the opportunity to present their projects to investors and international jury;
\u2713 will get a real chance for financial support for their projects from investors and sponsors of the festival and conclusion of cooperation agreements with interested parties.
The main directions of the \u201cSikorsky Challenge 2023\u201d Festival will be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
IMPORTANT: The requirement for participation of innovative startup projects in 12th competition \u201cSikorsky Challenge 2023\u201d is their compliance with these areas.
Participation in the bootcamp is an opportunity to qualitatively finalize your innovative projects and present them at the country\u2019s well-known innovation site, to get to know the innovative community and find partners for future cooperation. All this together with your knowledge and skills in the implementation of international projects will help the successful start of your professional and entrepreneurial activities!
How to participate in the bootcamp?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stage 1. Fill in the registration form of the 12th Competition \u201cSikorsky Challenge 2023\u201d at the link: https:\/\/www.sikorskychallenge.com\/zayavka2023
PLEASE, note that a short description must be provided on the registration form of the project\/startup, indicate its Technology Readiness Level (TRL) and state that you are a participant of the RESCUU project bootcamp!
The application deadline is August 10, 2023.
IMPORTANT: after filling in the registration form, you must send it to the email address s.shukayev@kpi.ua with the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stage 2. Selection of startup projects for the final part of the 12th Competition \u2018Sikorsky Challenge 2023\u2019 by a professional jury and notification of results (until September 10, 2023);
Stage 3. If the project is selected for the final of the competition, the authors are invited to undergo training
on the preparation of presentation materials (September 2023);
Stage 4. Participation in the finals of the 12th Competition \u201cSikorsky Challenge 2023\u201d (October 2023).
A detailed bootcamp program and further information will be sent to the participants who passed the selection after the second stage \u2013 in September!
IMPORTANT: Accommodation and food expenses of the bootcamp participants will be covered by the project (please, note that the travel expenses of participants to Kyiv and back are NOT covered by the RESCUU project funds).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All participants will receive certificates of participation in the bootcamp.
Please, note that participation in the bootcamp is ONLY open to participating universities of the Baltic University Program (BUP).
