This Program will fund peaceful civilian research in the form of virtual fellowships for Ukrainian scientists from dual-use disciplines such as aeronautics, nuclear science and engineering, chemistry, materials science, quantum computing, artificial intelligence, advanced biotechnology, etc. These fellowships will fund scientists to carry out their civilian research during this temporary period of economic uncertainty and deepen scientific and nonproliferation collaboration and networks.
This Fellowship Program will support virtual six-month fellowships for displaced or financially disadvantaged Ukrainian scientists, technicians, and engineers (STEs) with dual-use relevant expertise in peaceful civilian research.
