The first program call opens during\u00a01 June<\/strong>\u00a0to\u00a015 August<\/strong>\u00a02025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eligibility Requirements<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The VIP3<\/sup> program aims at attracting talented early-stage scientists from around the world to our highly dynamic<\/strong>, collaborative<\/strong> and international<\/strong> campus to conduct interdisciplinary and innovative research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applicants must fulfil the following requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By the time of the call deadline applicants must fulfil the MSCA \u201cmobility rule\u201d, that is, they should not have resided in or carried out their main activity (work, studies) in Austria for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately prior to the call deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hold a PhD degree by the application deadline (15 August, 2025) in an area that is relevant to the research carried out at the VBC<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The proposed scientific project must be interdisciplinary by combining the expertise of two\u00a0VBC research groups participating in the current VIP3<\/sup>\u00a0call<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applicants must have at least one (co-)first-author original research publication\u00a0or preprint posted on one of the public servers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
