The Micro Travel Grant programme (MTG) of NGO Science for Ukraine supports the integration of early-career Ukrainian scholars into the international research community through in-person participation<\/strong> in international academic conferences, symposia, or workshops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MTG reimburses eligible costs up to\u00a0EUR 500<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applicants must meet all<\/strong> of the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

provide a valid\u00a0ORCID iD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

be a\u00a0young scholar<\/strong>, defined as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a currently enrolled PhD student, or<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a researcher with a PhD or Doctor of Science degree, who is 35 years old or younger;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

be actively involved in research;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

be affiliated (paid or unpaid) with an eligible Ukrainian organisation, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ukrainian universities,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

research institutes of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

scientific archives, museums, or libraries;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

have an\u00a0oral presentation or poster accepted<\/strong>\u00a0for an\u00a0in-person<\/strong>\u00a0international conference, symposium, or workshop;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

personally present\u00a0in person<\/strong>, regardless of author order;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

apply for their\u00a0own participation only<\/strong>;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

have a bank account\u00a0not affected by EU restrictive measures<\/strong>;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

be able to\u00a0cover costs upfront<\/strong>\u00a0and request reimbursement afterwards;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
