It is support based on mutual respect, experience, and the desire to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Why this program?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\" wp-block-list eplus-wrapper\">\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">To help Ukrainian scientists find new professional directions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">To expand access to global scientific networks and opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">To support those who work in Ukraine during the war<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">To strengthen cooperation between Ukrainian and international researchers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">The program is run&nbsp;<strong>twice a year<\/strong>&nbsp;(in September and February), lasts&nbsp;<strong>3 months<\/strong>&nbsp;and takes place in the format of&nbsp;<strong>online meetings<\/strong>. Mentor and mentee work together on career goals, research skills development, and increasing professional confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udccb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">You choose your role (mentor or mentee) and fill out the form<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc65<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">The program team finds you the ideal match at the start of the program (twice a year)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udfaf<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">At the start, the mentor and mentee create an individual action plan: choose goals, format, and pace of interaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udcbb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">You regularly meet 1-2 times a month online over the course of 3 months<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Completion \u2014 feedback and assessment of the results of collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">The next phase of the program will begin in April 2026.
