On September 20, 2019, on the occasion of the International Day of Student Sports, students of Ternopil National Medical University named after I. Gorbachevsky supported the all-Ukrainian movement for a healthy lifestyle and took part in a flash mob on the occasion of this holiday. In particular, they performed a set of general and special exercises accompanied by music, and then the main part of the flash mob – jumping from a semi-squat “Jump Squats”. The event was organized by the Department of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Physical Education and was held in a warm, fun and positive atmosphere. It should be noted that every year on September 20, the International Day of Student Sports is celebrated.<\/p>\n
