About Us
The Primary Health Care Center of the University Clinic of I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University, Ministry of Health of Ukraine, was established to provide modern outpatient care for the population. It is located in Ternopil at 3 Torhovytsia Street.
The center’s activities include: providing consultations and medical care by family doctors, conducting preventive check-ups, monitoring patients with chronic diseases, vaccination, issuing medical documents and referrals, as well as delivering urgent care in cases of acute conditions.
The center is equipped with all the necessary facilities for high-quality patient care, diagnostics, and treatment, and also has access to laboratory and instrumental examination methods.
Types of services:
- consultations with family doctors;
- preventive medical examinations;
- vaccination for children and adults;
- diagnosis and treatment of common diseases;
- follow-up care for patients with chronic illnesses;
- laboratory and instrumental examinations (tests, ECG, blood glucose measurement);
- issuing medical documentation, certificates, and sick leave forms;
- provision of urgent care in outpatient settings.
