On May 31 – June 6, 2019, Vice-Director of the Institute of Nursing, Associate Professor Liudmyla Mazur and Assistant of the Department of Clinical Immunology, Allergology and General Patient Care of the Institute of Nursing Olha Krekhovska-Lepiavko visited New York (USA) to expand international cooperation, deliver lectures, conduct semester examinations and certification of the graduates, discuss the results of practical training of Bachelor’s ad Master’s degree students in specialty “Nursing”.

The distance form of study at I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University was introduced 10 ago. The implementation and development of this form of training takes place with the account of experience of educational institutions in the United States and other countries.

Thus, in the academic year 2018-2019, according to the Order of the Rector, lectures, semester credits, examinations and state certification, as well as discussion of practical training were conducted for 69 distance form graduates from the USA and Canada.
