    2.1 – Expand digital pedagogical skills and virtual collaboration

    3.2 Share and institutionalize best practices

    4.1 – Promote inclusivity and equitable leadership development

    4.2 – Strengthen academic integrity and institutional collaboration 

    • ≥300 trained in ethics & academics freedom 
  1. Establishment of project governance and coordination mechanisms. Organize the Kick-off Meeting ; establish the 

Project Coordination Unit (PCU), Steering Committee (SC), and WP Leaders (WDL) group . Finalize the consortium agreement , set timelines , and create internal communication protocols . Organize Interim Conference and Conference & Final Consortium Meeting

  1. Financial management and budget supervision. Manage contracts , payments , financial reporting , and liaison with the funding agency . Ensure timely delivery of financial reports and documentation .
  2. Quality Assurance Implementation and Monitoring Develop and apply a QA plan , including KPIs , performance indicators , internal peer review systems , and reporting structures .Conduct internal quality audits
  3. External Evaluation. Hire an external evaluator with expertise in higher education and educational innovation this conduct formative evaluations at M18 and M36. A Final Evaluation Report will summarize project impact , sustainability and recommendations
  4. Risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Create and maintain a risk management framework this identify , assess , and respond this project-related risks throughout the implementation period​
  5. Monitoring and Evaluation. Oversee project implementation progress through internal dashboards, institutional updates, and consortium-wide reporting. Coordinate a midterm internal evaluation and track alignment with deliverables and timeline.

Institutional Commitment and Sustainability Frameworks. Collect and archive MoUs and letters of support from each HEI, formalizing institutional commitments this sustain the mentorship , ToT models , and use of the VITAL Hub beyond the project
