Department of Medical Informatics
Educational and Scientific Institute of Morphology was founded in June 2005. From the time of its establishment until now, the Educational and Scientific Institute of Morphology has been a powerful educational and research center for students of higher education. The Institute of Morphology unites the departments of morphological and information technology profiles:
Department of Histology and Embryology
Department of Pathological Anatomy with Section Course and Forensic Medicine
The Institute has an Academic Board and a Cyclic Methodical Commission (CMC). Their meetings are held in accordance with approved annual work plans. The staff potential of the Institute of Morphology consists of 8 Doctors of Medical Sciences, 2 Doctors of Biological Sciences, 1 Doctor of Technical Sciences, 30 Candidates of Medical Sciences (PhD), 9 Candidates of Biological Sciences (PhD), 4 Candidates of Engineering Sciences (PhD).
Both domestic and foreign students of four faculties study at the Departments of the National Institute of Morphology and the Academic and Scientific Institute of Nursing. Education is conducted in 36 classrooms. The Institute has 2 lecture halls and 2 laboratories of the morphological research sector of the Interdepartmental Training and Research Laboratory of the University.
