The Legal Aspects in Dentistry course is a necessary segment of comprehensive training and high-qualification training for future dentists who will be competitive and adaptable to practical challenges in the context of relationships with other subjects of medical legal relationships.

Purpose of the discipline: professional training of students studying in the specialty “Dentistry”, with the aim of forming and developing their competence in the field of medical law, aimed at obtaining the necessary volume of theoretical medical and legal knowledge, acquisition of practical skills in the field of health care, mastering a sufficient level of legal culture and legal awareness to maintain a balance of relations between the subjects of medical relationships and respect for human rights in the field of health care.
