Тернопільський національний медичний університету імені І.Горбачевського отримує слова підтримки від всіх наших закордонних партнерів. Ми щиро вдячні за готовність допомогти, за співчуття та віру в українців! Україна переможе!

terrible things are currently happing to your country, and Western European partners of Ukraine including Germany obviously did not do enough to prevent them.

Yours, Timo Ulrichs

Dear colleagues,

Dear Rector Prof. M. Korda,

We are all absolutely shocked by the events of the last few days. Many of us cannot believe that there is a conventional war going on in 21st century Europe. As the Poznan University of Medical Sciences academic community, we firmly believe that Ukraine will emerge victorious from this attack. We are together with you, we do not forget about the framework of scientific and educational cooperation that we have in common.

We look forward to the moment when united Ukraine will show to the whole world that “liberté, égalité, fraternité” are the pillars of the democratic world.

Sincerely yours,

Prof. Andrzej Tykarski, MD, PhD

Dear Ukrainian Friends!

I could not believe what I see! In the 21st Century Putin trying to overwrite the history!

It makes me sad to see US and NATO watching on the side as the Russians occupying Ukraine, the country voluntary gave up their nuclear arsenal in 1994. We must remind United States and the Russian Federation, they signed the Budapest memorandum included security assurances against threats of the territorial integrity and political independence of Ukraine.

Unfortunately, I have little doubt Putin attempts to break the Ukrainian state and its military. If Russia attempts to occupy the entire Ukraine, Putin will face to the heroic Ukrainians with a long history of resisting foreign domination. It will further amalgamate a Ukrainian national identity. The unfortunate civilian casualties and subsequent refugee crisis will leave Russia a pariah state. I strongly believe that whatever the scope, scale, and objective any military operation that Putin executing it will carry the risk of potentially catastrophic consequences for Putin and Russia.

Please let me know if we could help you!

Mr. Rector,

Mrs. Prorector,

Every day we receive information about the dramatical situation in Ukraine, and every hour there are new initiatives of Poles to support Your Country in the brave and heroic fight for freedom. In my School, we provide psychological support to students from Ukraine, a collection of clothes and food is organized. The places are prepared to help people who will be forced to leave your country for a while. If we can do something more for you or you need something, we are wholeheartedly to help you. If any help is needed, we look forward to hearing from you.

Please accept the solidarity with the Ukrainian people in the moment of this treacherous and crazy attack by Russia and Putin on your Country. I can assure you that our entire country and our entire nation are on the side of your country and we will stand on your side.

We are with you, Professor Marcin Weiner

Dear Colleagues,

I cannot express how devastated, helpless and speechless I am to what is going on with Ukraine…

I really wish I could do something; I really wish authorities of other countries could rise to the challenge and have the courage to act, to once and for all stop this man from causing turmoil to the world…  I really wish authorities of other countries could see people’s suffering…

I am so terribly sorry, my heart is bleeding with pain, anger, and fear for the safety of plain people, people like us.

I only hope that you and your families are safe and that you are in touch with the ones that you care about.

I am just so sorry that we – plain people, cannot do anything to stop this other than to protest against it and pray for it to stop.

Please let me know if there is anything that we, as a University, can do to help you go through this?
