To get X-Ray, you must bring your student ID card or residence card.

Steps to follow in order to get X-Ray:

– Come to Polyclinic No2 from 3 to 4 pm on weekdays according to schedule provided by Dean’s Office;

– Go to Accounts Office (Polyclinic, 1st floor, right side), show your student ID card or residence card, pay 13 UAH and get a receipt;

– Take the receipt back to the Registry (window 1 or 2) and get an X-Ray pass;

– Take the pass to room 6 or 8 on the 1st floor of the Polyclinic for X-Ray.

– On the following day, get doctor’s conclusion after 3 pm in room 6.

– Come to Dean’s Office with the conclusion and show it to your inspector.

P.S. Accounts Office takes payments until 4 pm only, X-Ray room is open until 5 pm.

NOTA BENE! IF YOU DON’T GET X-RAY, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND CLASSES and will pay for reworks.
