Dear students! On Friday, October 10, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in Auditorium № 3 of the administrative building of TNMU (Dean’s office building), a meeting will be held to elect representatives from among students for the elections of the rector of TNMU. We ask all students who are studying offline to be sure to participate in the meeting, as registration of ballots will be conducted, the list of those absent from the meeting will be submitted to the dean’s office and will be considered a valid reason for the absence.

VOTER’S REMINDER

IN THE ELECTION OF STUDENT ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES FOR THE RECTOR’S ELECTION

Each voter, when exercising his/her right to vote in the election of STUDENT ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES FOR THE RECTOR’S ELECTION, has the following rights and obligations:

1) to receive from the chairman of the meeting of his/her course/faculty an oral explanation of the rights and obligations of the voter when issuing the ballot;

2) to fill out the ballot in person and only in the secret ballot booth;

3) when filling out the ballots, the presence of other persons in the secret ballot booth, photo and video recording of the voting process in any way is prohibited;

4) a person who, due to physical disabilities, cannot fill out a ballot paper on his own, has the right, with the permission of the chairman of the meeting, to use the assistance of another person, except for members of the election commission, candidates, and observers;

5) on the ballot paper, in the square opposite the name of the candidate for whom he votes, to put a “+” mark or another one that certifies his expression of will;

6) vote only for the number of candidates indicated in the ballot paper;

7) drop the completed ballot paper only into the ballot box;

8) it is prohibited to make a demand or express a request to any other voter to make his expression of will publicly, as well as to accept an unlawful demand or a request made by anyone to a voter to make his own secret expression of will publicly.

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR IDENTITY DOCUMENT WITH YOU, AS WRITTEN REGISTRATION IS CONDUCTED FOR BALLOT ISSUERS, AS WELL AS A PEN.
