4th International Medical Students’ Conference RIMSA Congress 2026 in Rzeszów

On October 23–24, 2026, Rzeszów, Poland, will host the 4th Edition of the Rzeszów International Medical Students’ Association Congress (RIMSA Congress 2026). The event is organized on behalf of the Rzeszów Medical Students’ Association.

The congress is interdisciplinary, covering various fields of medicine and health sciences.

Presentation Formats & Accepted Works

The conference will take place in person in the Queen Jadwiga Hall at the University of Rzeszów. For passive participants, the event will be broadcast live on the official website and YouTube channel. Upon individual request, the Scientific and Organizing Committee may permit remote presentations for active participants.

Accepted submissions include:

  • Research papers
  • Survey papers
  • Review papers
  • Clinical cases

Submissions can be presented as oral presentations or scientific posters. All active participants will receive certificates confirming their participation.

Important Dates & Registration

  • Active Participants Registration: From July 27, 2026, to September 25, 2026
  • Abstract Acceptance Notification: No later than October 5, 2026
  • Passive Participants Registration: Open from July 27, 2026, until the final day of the event
  • Fee: Passive participation is free of charge.
