TNMU Students Are Happy to Do Good

On the eve of St. Nicholas Day, TNMU students Pavlo Utvert (MM-401), Solomia Hyz (MT-302), Andri Bukovskyi (MM-401) and Nadia Bortnik (MT-302) organized a fundraiser to buy sweet gifts for the nuns of the “Home the mercy of St. Veronica” and their wards – elderly women who were left without care in difficult life circumstances. With the collected money, chocolates and cookies were bought for 18 people.

Also, kind people handed over warm knitted blankets for the elderly. On December 6, 2023, St. Nicholas (Pavlo), Solomia, Andrii and the teacher of the Department of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Physical Education, Kateryna Myndziv, visited the “House of Mercy” and brought gifts that they had made the day before. All the elderly ladies and nuns were extremely happy. We once again saw how nice it is to do good to people who need it.
