TNMU Students Told Schoolchildren about the Risks of Tattoos and Piercings

On December 8, 2023, students of TNMU Faculty of Medicine Andrii Svirzhevskyi (MM-320) and Daryna Yuziuk (MM-416) gave a lecture on the topic “All the dangers of tattoos and piercings” for children of the 8th grade of Ternopil Secondary School No. 23.

The purpose of the event was to tell the students about the consequences of their rash decisions, to develop critical attitude towards their life and health, and to reduce the risks associated with tattooing and piercing procedures.

During the lecture, children actively asked questions and participated in the discussion. After the lecture, the students realized all the dangerous consequences hidden by tattoos and piercings.
