TNMU Students Taught Preschoolers How to Eat Properly

On October 30, 2023, 3rd-year TNMU students of the Faculty of Medicine Dmytro Datsiuk (group MM-302) and Viktoria Bilohan (group MM-307) gave a lecture on the topic “Basics of healthy nutrition for children” at Ternopil Preschool Education Institution No. 12 “Piznaiko”.

This topic is very relevant, because at this age children develop their attitude to food and divide food into “healthy” and “harmful”.

The purpose of the lecture was to inform children about the main components of food, with the concepts of vitamins and trace elements, as well as to give an understanding of the importance of various meals. The lecture was accompanied by interactive logical games, with the help of which the kindergarten children were able to consolidate the acquired knowledge.
