TNMU Students Taught Schoolchildren the Basics of Mental Health Protection

On June 20, 2023, students of TNMU Faculty of Medicine Ilona Kohut, Yuliana Saiuk and Maksym Kaleniuk gave a lecture on the topic “What do I feel?” for fourth grade students of Ternopil Specialized School No. 3.

The goal was to help the schoolchildren understand their own emotions, single out the signs of anxiety in the conditions of war, and learn methods of anxiety management.

In the form of a game, students provided information about the management of emotions and ways to relieve anxiety during air alarms.
