Charity Movie Night by TNMU Students: Screening of “Yaremchuk: An Incomparable World of Beauty”
On November 29, Ternopil National Medical University hosted a charity movie night by students Mariia Solomakhina and Sofiia Berehuliak. The event was dedicated to the memory of the renowned Ukrainian singer Nazarii Yaremchuk, held just before his birthday.

The cozy setting of the university library created a perfect atmosphere for participants to immerse themselves in the story presented in the documentary “Yaremchuk: An Incomparable World of Beauty.” The film explores Yaremchuk’s life, artistic journey, and immense contribution to preserving Ukrainian culture.
The movie night served both a cultural and educational purpose and a charitable one. Attendees made voluntary donations starting at 50 UAH to support the purchase of medical equipment for Ukrainian soldiers. All proceeds were donated to the MOAS charity foundation, which assists frontline medics.
“We wanted to honor the memory of Nazarii Yaremchuk, as his art remains timeless and continues to inspire us. Additionally, we aimed to contribute to an important cause by helping those who protect our present,” shared the event organizers.
This charity movie night exemplified how art can unite and provide support in challenging times.
