DEAR COLLEAGUES!

The Organizing Committee of the Scientific and Practical Conference with international participation “Current Issues of Diagnosis, Treatment, Rational Pharmacotherapy, Prevention and Rehabilitation in the Practice of a Family Doctor”, within the framework of which a forum of young scientists in the specialty “General Practice-Family Medicine” will be held on the topic “Scientific Innovations – in the Practice of a Family Doctor”, has the honor to invite you to participate in its work.

The conference is registered with the State Testing Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for CPD credit allocation and with the Ukrainian Institute of Scientific and Technical Expertise and Information (UINTEI) under No. 1007660.

SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM JUNE 19-20, 2025:

1. Current competencies in the practice of a general practitioner-family doctor.
2. Convenient and effective formats of continuous professional development for a general practitioner
3. Current issues of the work of a family doctor and nurse in crises (particularly in conditions of war and the COVID-19 pandemic).
4. Modern approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of the most common diseases of internal organs in the practice of a family doctor in times of uncertainty.
5. Protocol standards and adjuvant opportunities in personalized patient management in outpatient practice.
6. Presentation of the textbook “General Practice-Family Medicine”, volume 1 “Organization of primary medical care”.
7. Forum of young scientists in the specialty “General Practice-Family Medicine” on “Scientific innovations – in the practice of a family doctor”.

SUBMISSION OF ARTICLES TO THE JOURNAL:

 You must register as a reader and author (check the box) for the selected journal and submit (upload the article) there.

PUBLICATION TERMS:

1. Articles, literature reviews, and clinical cases formatted by the requirements of the journal “Advances of Clinical and Experimental Medicine” are accepted. The text of the article should include information about the authors: place of work, position, academic degree, academic title, last name, first name, patronymic, address, phone number, and e-mail addresses of the authors.
2. Detailed requirements for writing articles can be found at the link on the official page of the journal 3. The volume of the original article, including tables, figures, bibliography, summary should be no less than 5 p., the volume of a problem article, literature review, lecture – up to 12 p., a short article in the sections “View of the problem” and “Case from practice” – up to 5 p., taking into account the summary and bibliography.
3. The article can be printed in Ukrainian and English on one side of an A4 sheet with 1800-2000 printed characters per page (margins: top and bottom – 2.5 cm, left – 3 cm, right – 1.5 cm, Times New Roman font 14 pt at one and a half intervals).
4. Tables should have short titles and their numbering. Reproduction of the same material in tables and figures is not allowed. It is advisable to create diagrams and graphs in Microsoft Excel. Small illustrations can be placed along the text of the article.

    5.  For formulas, it is advisable to use the Microsoft Equation formula editor.

6. Articles should be written in compliance with the essential requirements of DSTU 3008-95 “Documentation. Reports in the field of science and technology. Structure and rules of design” according to the following scheme:

UDK; from the paragraph TITLE OF THE WORK (in capital letters) initials and surnames of the authors, full name of the institution (in three languages).

Abstracts in Ukrainian and English (250–300 words each) should be structured and contain the work’s title, purpose, materials and methods, research results, and conclusions.

Keywords in Ukrainian and English (up to 8 words).

Introduction.

(Statement of the problem in general terms, its connection with important scientific or practical tasks, analysis of the latest published studies in which the solution of this problem was initiated, highlighting the unresolved part of the general problem to which the specified work is devoted).

Purpose of the study.

Material and methods of the study. (Statement of the object of the study and methods, the description of which should be sufficient to understand their feasibility and the possibility of reproduction. In the case of experiments, the species, sex, number of animals, methods of anesthesia when manipulating animals for pain relief, the method of euthanasia should be indicated. It is mandatory to indicate the methods of statistics with justification of the criteria for the reliability of the estimates).

Results and discussion. (The main factual material is presented, a full justification of the obtained scientific results is carried out, one’s own judgment regarding the obtained results is expressed, its comparison with the interpretation of similar data provided by other authors).

Conclusions. Prospects for further research.

The list of used literature (printed in the order of citing sources) is formed by two blocks: traditional and additional for foreign databases (REFERENCES).

Materials are accepted until 12.06.2025 in the OPEN JOURNAL SYSTEMS

The editorial office determines the cost of publication according to the number of characters in the article, approximately 140 UAH for 1800 characters (1 page), taking into account the assignment of a DOI.
