An Unforgettable European Journey for the Participants of the “My World” Center
The first half of September 2026 brought an unforgettable experience to the participants of the “My World” Center. Thanks to the joint efforts of TNMU students involved in the university-wide “Misericordia” volunteer movement, university teachers, benefactors, and patrons, a special European trip was organized for young people with special needs.
The journey took the participants across five European countries — Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria — offering them an opportunity to discover new places, enjoy memorable experiences, and create lasting memories.

The trip began in Poland, where the group visited a Roman Catholic church, marking the first stop on their journey of discovery.

In Slovakia, the participants enjoyed one of the most exciting experiences of the trip — a river rafting adventure. While some of them were initially hesitant to get into the boat, their apprehension soon gave way to excitement and joy, turning the experience into one of the most memorable moments of the journey.

The travelers then continued to Hungary, where they explored the evening atmosphere and beauty of European cities.
In Romania, they visited the famous Bran Castle, widely known as Dracula’s Castle, and had an opportunity to learn more about the history and legends associated with the country.
The final destination was Bulgaria. The beautiful seaside, sunshine, and warm waters provided the young travelers with an opportunity to relax, recharge, and enjoy a wealth of positive emotions.
The group returned home happy, refreshed, and filled with wonderful impressions and memories.
On September 15, following their return, the participants visited the Mental Health Center, where TNMU students organize creative activities for young people twice a week.
During the gathering, artists from the “Zbruch” ensemble gave a wonderful performance for the participants and guests. The meeting also provided an opportunity to express gratitude to everyone who contributed to making this special journey possible.

Sincere thanks go to all the benefactors and patrons whose support made this initiative possible and gave the participants of the “My World” Center an opportunity to experience unforgettable moments and create cherished memories.

Special appreciation goes to the student volunteers and Taras Kadobnyi, Lecturer at the Department of Higher School Pedagogy and Social Disciplines, for their contribution to organizing this and other meaningful events for the young people.
