TNMU and Kamianets-Podilskyi State Institute Sign Cooperation Agreement

On 5 October 2026, a meeting was held between Petro Lykhatskyi, Rector of Ternopil National Medical University, and Marian Tripak, Rector of Kamianets-Podilskyi State Institute. The meeting resulted in the signing of an agreement on partnership and academic cooperation.

The agreement aims to ensure the effective use of the human resources and scientific potential of both higher education institutions. It also provides for joint research and the development of effective methods of prevention and rehabilitation.

The two higher education institutions see promising opportunities in testing and implementing new rehabilitation methods, medical instruments and equipment, as well as in developing medical and psychosocial rehabilitation for children and adults with diseases of the nervous system and neurosomatic disorders.

In addition, the two rectors agreed to jointly develop and implement programmes of psychological support, adaptation and rehabilitation for people with disabilities, military personnel and veterans.

Cooperation between TNMU and Kamianets-Podilskyi State Institute will contribute to the development of scientific potential, improving the quality of professional training, and expanding opportunities in rehabilitation and medical and psychological care.
