TNMU Students Help Organise the “Together Against Blood Cancer” Donor Drive

On 1 October 2026, members of the TNMU Student Scientific Society Council joined the co-organisation of the “Together Against Blood Cancer” donor drive, held as part of a charity fair in the inner courtyard of TNMU in cooperation with the Ukrainian Bone Marrow Donor Registry (UBMDR).

The Student Scientific Society Council was represented at the event by Nadiia Stratiuk, Solomiia Faka, Viktoriia Zavyslianska, Diana Anna Mudriievska and Danylo Telenchuk.

Bone marrow donation is of vital importance worldwide, as for patients with severe blood disorders, a compatible donor can provide a chance for recovery and a new life.

Everyone interested had the opportunity to learn more about bone marrow donation and join the registry of potential donors.

As a result of the initiative, 19 new potential donors were registered.
