Call of Staff mobilities through the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Programme
The International Relations Office is delighted to announce a scholarship for teaching staff from Ternopil National Medical University to the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece) on the frame of Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility. Staff mobility will be implemented on Health Sciences in spring semestr of 2023-2024 academic year and will last 7 days. Erasmus+ scholarship covers travel costs for the round trip and maintenance support for the entire period of stay.
All available mobilities for Teaching can be found here and for Training here, and they have to be implemented between 15th January until 19th July 2024.
Staff mobilities have to be implemented between 15th January until 19th July 2024. The starting dates depend on the arrangements between applicants/selected grantees and the host Schools/Units. However, applicants are encouraged to check the University Calendar in order to avoid applying for periods that are not eligible (e.g. official holidays).
Nominations’ period at Ternopil National Medical University: 5th September – 25th September 2023.
In order to submit staff applications, nominees will have to prepare the following documents:
- The MOBILITY AGREEMENT for Teaching/Training KA171, which must include ONLY the mobility period EXCLUDING the travel days and be signed and stamped by the applicant and their Home University.

- A CURRICULUM VITAE(CV) in Europass format

- A LETTER OF SUPPORT from the School/Faculty of interest.
This letter is not obligatory but it contributes positively on the assessment of the application. Applicants have to contact the ECTS of the School/Faculty which they want to apply for.
