It is a real pleasure to give people faith in New Year’s miracles

For the third time, fifth year medical students of I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University organize an event in Petrykiv Regional Geriatric Boarding House as part of charity campaign “Saint Nicholas will not forget about you” in order to congratulate the elderly on the upcoming holidays.

Active students, under the guidance of Taiisiia Bilonozhko, Yuliia Bandrivska and Nazar Savchuk, purchased sweets (candies. cookies, tangerines) for the money collected from all TNMU fifth year medical students and formed 185 gifts, which were presented to the residents of the Boarding House on  December 5, 2019.

“Communicating in a warm family atmosphere, sincere words of appreciation for the gifts, smiles on the faces are exactly what makes us organize such campaigns every year,” our students said.

The organizers thank all the fifth year students of the Faculty of Medicine, in particular Natalia Petrova, who for the third time were happy to join this charitable event, as well as the students of the third year Anton Parkhin, Andrii Borokh, Bohdan Bondaruk and Valeriia Petrenko who could not stay away and work together to make the holiday for the elderly.
