Important Information for Prospective Postgraduate Students

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine informs applicants about the key aspects of the postgraduate admissions campaign. It will take place on the basis of competitive tests, in particular, an exam in a foreign language. This decision applies in accordance with the Procedure for admission to higher education in 2024.

Entrants who already have international foreign language certificates (TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge English, TestDaF, DELF, DALF), confirming language knowledge at a level not lower than B2, are exempt from the foreign language exam. The specified certificates are considered as the equivalent of the entrance exam in a foreign language with the highest score, information about the international certificate will also be entered in the USEDE (Unified State Electronic Database on Education). Such entrants can pass other entrance tests for postgraduate studies and do not take the SEE (Single Entrance Exam).
