The conference will take place on May 8-9, 2025, at Ternopil National Medical University named after I. Ya. Horbachevsky under the auspices of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (TNMU).

The event is registered in the BPR Scoring System of the DNP “Testing Center” of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine – BPR registration number 1005151, and in the DNU “UINTEI” dated 01/16/2025 – No. 174.

MANDATORY REGISTRATION FOR CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS 

Abstract Submission Guidelines

1. Abstracts must be written in both the state (Ukrainian) and English languages and signed by the authors. Only signed abstracts will be accepted for publication.
2. The abstract length should be 1-3 pages. Text should be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word format, using a 14 pt font size with 5 line spacing (approximately 28-30 lines per page), totaling up to 1800 characters with spaces per page.
   • Abstract structure: UDC (Universal Decimal Classification), Title (in capital letters); Authors’ surnames and initials; Full name of the institution; Main text
3. When preparing your abstract, ensure the following elements are included: Briefly state the problem and its relevance to significant scientific or practical tasks. Clearly formulate the goal of the research. Describe the research methods used. Present the main findings and provide conclusions along with prospects for further research.

Note: At the beginning of the author’s reference, please specify the type of presentation of your work on a separate line: (R Print only, R Print and poster presentation at the conference, R Print and oral presentation at the plenary session (The presentation file should be submitted to the organizing committee in .pdf or .pptx format, with a file size of up to 5 MB).

Author’s reference: After leaving a blank line, include the following details: Author’s full name (last name, first name, and patronymic), Position, Academic degree or title, Postal address, Mobile phone number

Deadline for abstract submission: April 21, 2025.

The cost of publishing abstracts in the collection is 200 UAH per 1800 characters with spaces.

Electronic versions of abstracts, saved in “.doc” or “.rtf” format, along with: Proof of payment for conference materials, Author’s reference should be sent via email. Please include the name of the conference in the email subject line. [email protected]

In the event of the author’s absence at the conference, the collection will be sent by mail upon the author’s request.
