Students of I. Franko Ternopil Academic Lyceum “Ukrainian Gymnasium” Visited the Pharmaceutical Faculty of TNMU

On April 24, the 7-A grade students of Ivan FrankoTernopil Academic Lyceum “Ukrainian Gymnasium”, accompanied by their teacher, visited the Pharmaceutical Faculty of I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University. There, they were introduced to the fascinating world of pharmacy. The aim of the visit was to promote medical-pharmaceutical and biological knowledge among school youth.

The excursion to the Pharmaceutical Faculty of TNMU turned out to be a real discovery for the students. In his welcoming speech, the Dean of the Faculty, Associate Professor Dmytro Korobko, explained how the pharmaceutical field operates and what knowledge future professionals require. Afterwards, faculty members introduced the students to modern equipment and gave them a chance to try themselves as real pharmacists and researchers.

The students listened with interest, asked questions, and conducted experiments.
