Excursion to TSMU

On June 17 and 19, first-year students of Arsen Richynskyi Kremenets Medical Professional College visited Ternopil National Medical University, in particular the Educational and Scientific Institute of Morphology and the Simulation Training Center.

During the excursion, lecturers from the Department of Anatomy demonstrated how students use interactive screens to better absorb the material, showed the anatomy museum, and the specimens used during classes.

Lecturers from the Department of Pathological Anatomy with the Sectional Course and Forensic Medicine conducted a tour of their department and explained which disciplines are taught and how the classes are conducted.

At the Simulation Training Center, visitors had the opportunity to practice performing CPR, using a defibrillator, and an Ambu bag.

Valeriia Blahuliak, a sixth-year student of the medical faculty at TNMU, delivered a lecture on Sex Education, which sparked great interest among the attendees.

The first-year students greatly enjoyed their visit to TNMU and hope to continue their higher medical education at this institution.
