A New Stage of Partnership for the Development of Nursing between TNMU and Kremenets Medical College

A delegation from I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University, including Rector Professor Petro Lykhatskyi, Deputy Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Nursing Associate Professor Liudmyla Mazur, and Academic Program Guarantor of the “Nursing” specialty Professor Mariia Marushchak, met on April 23, 2026, with Petro Mazur, Director of A. Richynskyi Kremenets Medical Professional College.

During the meeting, both sides focused on concrete steps toward integrating educational processes. Particular attention was given to involving university faculty in delivering lectures to college students.

The discussion also covered the initiation of joint research projects in nursing, which will enable college teachers and students to engage with the scientific community at the early stages of their education.

In addition, the participants discussed organizing joint events to promote the nursing profession and highlight the advantages of continuous education, from college studies to the PhD level.

“Our goal is to create a shared educational ecosystem where college graduates feel supported by the university and clearly see their professional growth prospects,” noted Petro Lykhatskyi.
