EPP Biology Programme Guarantors Meet with First-Year Students at TNMU
The guarantors of the Educational and Professional Programmes (EPPs) in Biology at the first (Bachelor’s) and second (Master’s) levels of higher education, Iryna Hetmaniuk and Nataliia Ohinska, met with first-year students.
During the meeting, the guarantors introduced students to the specifics of the educational process, the structure and content of the educational programmes, their areas of specialisation, opportunities for developing an individual educational trajectory, and the process of selecting educational components.

Particular attention was paid to the organisation of academic and research activities, opportunities for practical training, students’ involvement in research, and the use of the university’s facilities and equipment for research projects.

The programme guarantors informed students about their rights and responsibilities, opportunities to contribute to the improvement of the educational programme, academic integrity mechanisms, and the university’s internal quality assurance system.
The meeting was held in an open dialogue format. Students had an opportunity to ask questions about their studies, course selection, practical training, research activities, and further professional development opportunities.
Such meetings contribute to the successful adaptation of students to Bachelor’s and Master’s level studies, encourage an active academic position, and foster effective communication among students, programme guarantors, and other participants in the educational process.
