First Organizational Meeting of the Student Scientific Society at the Department of Physiology and Bioethics

On October 7, 2026, the first organizational meeting of the Student Scientific Society was held at the Department of Physiology and Bioethics.

The meeting was chaired by the Head of the Department, Professor Stepan Vadzyuk, who outlined the main areas of the department’s research activities and the prospects for involving students in modern physiological research. Particular attention was paid to scientific mentorship and the formation of research groups based on the “teacher – student – lyceum student” model. This format is expected to promote continuity in research activities, develop research skills among young people, facilitate joint research projects, and support the career guidance of school students.

During the meeting, students learned about the specifics of the Student Scientific Society’s activities, its main areas of work, and the schedule of meetings for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Members of the society were also invited to speak and share their research experience. They discussed their participation in research projects, preparation of scientific papers, and presentation of research findings.

The meeting was held in an open dialogue format, providing an opportunity for discussion and exchange of ideas. New research projects, scientific discussions, and collaborative initiatives are ahead for the society’s members.

At the end of the first meeting, the participants took a group photo to mark the beginning of a new stage in the work of the Student Scientific Society at the Department of Physiology and Bioethics in the new academic year.

We wish our student researchers inspiration, exciting ideas, and significant achievements in their scientific work!
