On approval of the Procedure for awarding the degree of Doctor of Philosophy

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the “Procedure for awarding the degree of Doctor of Philosophy and cancellation of the decision of the one-time specialized academic council of a higher education institution, scientific institution to award the degree of Doctor of Philosophy”.
